To support Spaceworks’ efforts to develop new affordable artist workspace, create a pipeline of prospective projects, and build partnerships with cultural and community-based organizations throughout New York City.

St. Nicks Alliance

To support Phase II of the CDC4G Initiative, which seeks to strengthen community-based housing in NYC by scaling up the industry, establishing best-practice standards, and attaining support from city housing agencies.

University Neighborhood Housing Program

To support the improvement and expanded use of the Building Indicator Project (BIP) and the Homeowner Outreach Database (HOOD) to help identify distressed multifamily and homeowner occupied properties.

ReServe Elder Service

To support the Queens Library Project , which utilizes retired professionals to preserve and expand the Library’s community service programs.

New York University School of Law

To support for a final year the Charles H. Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellowship Program (LSPIN) , enabling 75 New York-area law students to work with public interest law organizations during the summer; and to support NYU’s Public Interest Legal Career Fair for each of the next three years.
