Makers: Women Who Make America Airing Tuesday, February 26 at 8 PM Eastern Time on PBS

MAKERS: WOMEN WHO MAKE AMERICA, a documentary about the amazing and varied individuals who transformed American life over the past fifty years, will premiere on Tuesday, February 26th at 8:00 p.m. ET on PBS(check local listings). By telling the stories of many women—some famous, some unsung, all remarkable—the film tells the larger story of one of the most sweeping social revolutions in our country’s history: women’s pursuit of their rights to a full andfair share of political power, economic opportunity and personal autonomy.
