The final report includes a breakout of the stipend payment between compensation and fringe benefits and a complete, itemized list of expenditures, which needs to come directly from the department at your institution responsible for administering grant funds; and a complete report of your work over the course of the fellowship and your progress in fulfilling the goal of the grant. If the scope of the aims of your project has changed, please also include a brief explanation as to why this transition occurred. Please consult your individual welcome packet for deadlines, as these dates vary from year to year.
