For the 2015-2016 NYC Neighborhood Library Awards for outstanding service to the community, to be allocated directly to the following four branch libraries: $20,000 to Inwood Library; $20,000 to Morrisania Library; $10,000 to Aguilar Library; and $10,000 to Fort Washington Library. An additional $20,000 is to be allocated directly to the winner of the Heckscher Prize for Outstanding Service to Children and Youth, Jerome Park Library.
